Niels holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from DTU and has enhanced his Lean and Six Sigma expertise through study trips to Japan and Harvard Business School. With extensive experience in development and optimization across service, production, and administration, he has also served as the academic lead for DTU’s Lean and Six Sigma diploma programs alongside his work at Compass.
