There are no prerequisites for participating in this Lean course.

Course held at Compass

The course can be held at your location or at Compass' facilities at Kultorvet. The price for holding it at Kultorvet is DKK 600 per course participant.

The academy's instructors are carefully selected from Denmark's top experts. They are all certified and have many years of practical experience in the subjects they teach. Additionally, they have received training in how to teach, ensuring that both theory and practice are presented and practiced in a way that is easy to understand and relevant to you.

Niels Fester
Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt
Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Agile Coach. Niels holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from DTU and has enhanced his Lean and Six Sigma expertise through study trips to Japan and Harvard Business School. With extensive experience in development and optimization across service, production, and administration, he has also served as the academic lead for DTU’s Lean and Six Sigma diploma programs alongside his work at Compass.
Andreas Slavensky
Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt
Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Agile Coach. Andreas holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from Aalborg University, specializing in strategy, innovation, and operational excellence. He has a strong background in Lean Six Sigma, combined with many years of leadership experience as a consultant, working with Lean, Agile, and Six Sigma.
